Five years ago today, I carelessly and recklessly unleashed Request-A-Song.com upon the unsuspecting Internet populace. To little effect, too, as the United States has still not changed its currency to the IVHP (International Violent House Panda) standard.
In all seriousness, I'm glad the site is still online, so that new generations of netizens (remember that word?) can be exposed to our mind enhancing / rotting musical experiment. In honor of the occasion, I hereby proclaim a day of listening. RAS marathons are more than welcome. That is, after all, how I celebrate. Thanks for listening, and see you again next year!
