Request-a-News

The news has been pretty depressing recently - if you tune into something like CNN or i dunno NBC it's all "terrorists, war, terrorists", if you tune into Fox it's all "terrororists, terrorists, are you a terrorist?, doen't john kerry look French? etc." And on the BBC it's all "what teabags would a terrorist use etc." With this in mind, I propose we make news fun again by making up our own stories. Pick an amusing or otherwise interesting headline from the news and write you're own story about it. For the first one I propose:

"Madonna in 'mystical fluid plea'"

(yes...this is a real headline, from AOL News as it happens)

if you know the original story, either forget it and start from scratch, or riff on it in a fun way.
