Ok, I am not saying that the band is the greatest, but I hardly see how some kids crappy video (which is not funny) is unrefutable evidence. Yes people hate them, yes they may not be a style of music that everyone likes, but that doesn't mean they don't have musical talent. And besides, isn't this like the pot calling the kettle black? Or have your "phat beats" gotten any better since I last had the displeasure of hearing them? You're probably just jealous because you don't even have half the fanbase of 14 year old highschool girls that they do. I'm sorry, but give me proof of their crappiness before blasting them, like get ahold of a bad live performance or an untweaked track or something. Or give me a picture of the lead singer eating a baby.

Life is to short, and you just know they'll be gone within a month...with so many bands that sound the same they can't all last. |

I'm sure DJ can handle my inane banter. Lord knows i've subjected him to much worse in the past and he's still here, he more than likely knows I just give him shit to rile him up every now and then, stir things up ya know? It makes for a more lively forum. Also, you are wrong, his "evidence" is nothing more than someones poorly put together video of misheard lyrics (which are not very clever) and also hearsay. Might I also point out that what he is complaining about, he does himself, he even provided the link in his own post where he "stole" the quote from. I would call it paying homage or referencing, just as fallout boy is doing with their band name. I would certainly hope that if I dissed something or claimed I had evidence of something people would call me on it if I was wrong. On the scaring away note, I would like to note the clear level of restrain I have been using towards derwood in the past couple of months. I would say that I have been mean to him at least 75% less than I used to a year ago or so. Man my posts are turning into essays aren't they?

Also, it's not just a video, it has the song embedded. Benj can sing better than Mr. Boy. So can Jeremy. So can most people that make money off singing.

Well that still is hardly saying much, since we all know benj and jer have purdy voices. Also there would be no RAS forum without dj birthright and derwood submitting their music to add to the mix. Even if I don't like it, at least you guys have the guts to put it out there and keep trying to improve it despite the criticism. Ok, thats all for my sensitive side.... tune in next time for nate gets irate for no apparent reason!

Yeah we're a bit silly to keep hanging around here really. We're like irritating nightclub patrons who for some reason insist on dancing long after the music has stopped.
