I got about as far as the sliced eyeball then ran off and sliced some eyeballs of my own.  Movies are such a bad influence on people.

The sliced eyeball was a bit creepy.  The rest of it I didn't understand.

As for the 3 in your second post, those were pretty interesting.  The steak one was quite bizarre though.
