This is my birthday thread, although technically it's not my birthday. That was yesterday. I wanted to do this thread yesterday but i was too busy partying. Besides, I like to treat my birthdays like Christmases-a whole 12 day thing. Minus the donkeys. Hooray me.

I'm tired - the party last night went on to about 2am which, in hindsight, was entirely unnecessary.  FUN FACT: Hope you don't mind but, at a loss for "party games", I recycled the "Create-a-Film" thread for the "Word Games" board and played it live with acctual, non-robotic people. As a party game it acctually works quite well. I guess it's a pretty flimsy game and to make it more fun you could get people to act out their movies and stuff - add rules - but with my guests just riffing spontaniously and reading out their ramblings it was kinda cool.
