I'm thinking about buying a new bass guitar.  I've needed a decent one badly for a long time (besides, Jeremy just took the only one I had, which is technically his, over to his place).  Does anyone have any suggestions?

Oh, and yes -- I just changed the name of this particular forum section, so now you can discuss more topics here.

I'm not fond of their style or feel.

Anyway, I realized that I can't really afford a bass guitar now, so oh well.
