 Actually, the internet isn't trying to make us quit.  It's trying to use us as musical evil-monkey slaves (which look like this: ), singing and dancing for the whole world's entertainment without just reward or recompense!  Put your whips down, my friends, and get out your wallets (and no, don't hit us with those either).  :?

Oh come on Benj and Jeremy! - You know you're the exciting musical-radiation-spewing binary suns of our solar system, laying down the jams that make us wet and then throw our panties in your general direction...

Wow -- that sounds remarkably dangerous!  We should put a stop to all this at once.  On behalf of Request-A-Song.com, I must formally apologize to you, our listeners, for making you soil your panties.  I assure you we are not in league with the laundry detergent industry.  It's all a terrible, terrible mistake, and I hope you can forgive us.

P.S. Shh!  I am secretly recording some new songs.. not sure when they'll be done, but at least you know that something is in the works.  I think Jeremy is working on a new song as well...the same one he's been working on for the last 6 months.  Let's hope it's the best song of all time.

It better be.  If it's not then there will be hell to pay.

Don't get your hopes up.  I haven't actually put months of time into it.

Welcome to the forum, musicperson.  Glad you like the songs!  I'm almost finished moving into a new house here, but I've yet to set up my recording studio again.  I haven't played much music in a while, so I'm actually quite anxious to get crackin' again.  I've still got a "solo album" in the works...

Jamuko, you referenced the song I requested, for that you are going to the top of my book of coolness, welcome to the forum. Also, musicperson and mysterysystem, it is nice to see some new friendly people around this place. You two are also pretty far up there on the coolness list just for posting here. Not that you should care what I think anyways. But I welcome you all, that is untill you get settled in enough for me to steal your lucky charms........

And if you do anything like me, you go down on Nate's coolness list, not that I care too much either.  But welcome to the forum everyone.

Have you ever considered using a pipe organ as the main instrument of a recording? I guess they are a little difficult to build and maintain...

Well, "Songs From the Global Moose" is pretty close to pipe organ or caliope.  The backing music is made to sound like a "band organ" type of thing.
