I'm not sure if you've heard of hi5.com - it's another one of them "social networking" sites and not the best of them all either. However, it does have the nifty feature of allowing you to create groups for people to join. So far I am the helmer of:

Quirky, Quirky, Quirkaholic's Union Ghost Boat (Trumpeteer's Division)
Street Angst and Urban Fatigue
and William S. Burroughs

and if my boredom knows no bounds, I may create more. If anyone wants to join, search for those groups in the group section of the site.

You should create one for Request-A-Song.com fans and watch them stampede to join.   Or is the Ghost Boat group about cool music, including RAS?

I think there are officially too many social networking sites now.

I love it when I'm invited by completely random people who I don't know.

I think its just a scheme the networking sites have.  Make it seem like someone is interested in being your friend - when in truth, its automated.

I am so dramatic.

Yeah, but you've made a great community of friends here.

That gives me an idea.. we should start our own social networking site.  Who says there isn't enough room for another 2000 of them? Tongue  It can be called Request-A-Friend.com.  People can describe the friend they want, and we'll make one for you from scratch.

The pathetic, stupid, little mind of mine related that to Online Dating.

I was thinking you could make a killing through a company that rents out certain people for parties. like "Rent-an-Intellectual" or "Rent-a-Goth"
