How about we start a new thing on the forums, "Your Daily Random", where someone (I'll gladly do it) posts some complete random thing on the forums for everyone's enjoyment?

All I ask for is one forum devoted to this purpose. To make it work better, I think the best idea is to have me moderate it and only allow moderators (which means only allow me) to post new topics.
